Desperate acts
by Acharya on Aug 06, 2006 01:07 AM  Permalink

If Pakistan could not be acting in its position. It has no reason to be a member of any Internation Organizations. Expel all Pakistani agents from all countries. Let them live on their own.

Pakistan expels Indian Diplomat.
by Shiban Dudha on Aug 06, 2006 12:43 AM  Permalink

It should not surprise those who closely watch and understand Pakistan's inmical activities against my country. Thank God Kaul's throat has not been slit. I say on this ground freeze all diplomatic relations with Pakistan and start afresh with clean slate. Base MUST be January 2004 commitments of President Musharaf. Move every centimeter after ensuring fulfillment of committments by Musharaf. If this Govt can not fix a small mischef country like Pakistan, it has no business to govern my country. Countrymen want a clear answer from Present PM as to how long have we to bleed for your week kneed policies. Who has given you the mandate to talk peace with a country which is helping in killing of thousands of our jawans and countrymen. Mr. PM why are you out to break all past records of country's continued destruction in the hands of Pakistan. Is not one Kashmir enough? Regards Shiban Dudha

There is only hope
by Sriram on Aug 06, 2006 12:39 AM  Permalink

Indian officials have no reason to complain if a person indulging in espionage is handcuffed and blindfolded... India does not treat international spies with any more kindness... If he was not tortured or killed, it is only because he has diplomatic impunity...
That being said, it is my hope that the peace process as a whole is not setback due to these issues... India spends more than Rs 80,000 crores a year maintaining its defence preparedness... As compared to less than 6000 crores a year on national primary education... All that money locked up in defence can only be used for other constructive purposes if a level of peace can be restored. We cannot afford to brush aside Gen Musharraf... All said and done, he is the only one stopping the mullahs from bombing India to smithereens with their nuclear weapons... All I can say is that the peace process is VITAL to India's economic goals - let not these small incidences destroy the minimal amount of goodwill generated over the last few years...

Pakistan Expels Indian Diplomat
by S.Ramasamy on Aug 06, 2006 12:20 AM  Permalink

The expulsion, not common after the peace talks started, is a pre-emptive move. The issue of Pakistan's total support to the terrorists organisations is likely to become a serious issue in the peace talks with the possibility of India avoiding any further meetings as the publi opinion is against doing business with such an unreliable partner as Pakistan.Except the self-declared intellectuals in India the public at large are fed up with these 'peace talks' that are cleverly manipulated by our adversary to to get us to yield ground inch by inch
Let us be enemies. We may not shed more blood or lose more persons in a war than we are losing inthis proxy war

Pakexpels Inidan diplomat.- Expel Pak itself for good .
by Raghavan on Aug 05, 2006 11:02 PM  Permalink

It is better for both the countries to sever all relations with each othr once and for all. any realtionship with pakistan will never improve and will never be good to Inida at any time . A sworn enmy is better than a false friend . It will never be conducive to the welfare and opeace of this country to have any realtionship with a twerrorist country.
Our administrration should have some common sense and self respect in thie regard. Even if we were to depend on Pakistan , it will be bvetter to sever connection with thjat country for ever if we have at least a tinge of self rescpect , common sense ans intelligence and =desire for peace.
Allow all those who want to go to pakistan to leave the country once and for all. And allow those who want to return to Inida for good . There agfter even people of both countries for get any contact with tose across the borderand tose who wan to visit the other country shall never return .

same news on CNN
by jayadev on Aug 05, 2006 10:39 PM  Permalink

This same news is on CNN. But it does not say that the diplomat was on his way to receive his family from the Wagah border. This shows how biased American media is in this Indo-Pak feud.

India is after PEACE MIRAGE with Pakistan which eludes.
Buying peace with Pak at what cost? Indian Politicians have not learnt the lesson even after 59 years of "WAR & PEACE" with the neihbours.
