I would say that it is totally unjustufied on behalf of the CSE to publish reports relating to ban the Product which is Internationally recognised & Woreld famous. the remarks made by the Abovementioned NGO is not only derogatory but also Defamatory and frivoulous in nature.However i feel it shall be turn out to be a big issue which might end up into hard core Litigation.
Are the products of only these two companies polluted with pesticides? The fact that so many pesticides are found in their products, is proof of contamination of the groundwater by wanton, over-application of pesticides by ignorant farmers who care only for higher crop yields and zilch for the pollutiing the groundwater. The failure of Govt to establish any effective environmental policies to protect the ecology, can only spell disaster down the road.
hi all, the drinks company pepsi and coco cola have to be banned..they dont care anything about the health of our people...all they need is money...and all above the finding of pesticides last year ..they were not banned. another big blunder is ...our own big shots(actress,actors,sports persons...etc..)are promoting these tw0 products...this is total crap...first ban these.
ositively. Coke and Pepsi should be banned from Indian market. The revenue earned by these American companies at the expense of instilling chemicals into our bodies is simply deplorable and deserves banning. The middle-class force should be highlighted about the consequences.These MNCs dont give a damn to any of ethical standards and all they grab is the money spent by this section of people .And mind you ,India currently has the highest number of middle-class people.American companies, like Walmart, are trying to take a major pie of revenue earned from these ill-gotten foods and beverages and fast moving comsumer goods. A major company like Walmart, Coke and Pepsi not only ruin the local vendors, but also make India loose a major shares of earnings. Imagine a company comes forward with desi-cola , with all the revenues earned are shared by the people who work for. It can provide revenue and employment too at the same time being free of pesticides and preservatives.
is it possible to ban these 2 universal giants?? cmon politicians dont make me laugh please. simple point here is you will raise so much of hue and cry in the media and the parliament that these 2 guys will come down on their knees and offer you whatever you need to fill your already overflowing coffers and guess what ? you will oblige with your graciousness by asking for 'only' a couple of crores...cmon...this ploy has become all to obvious for all indians to comprehend...jack up a new one for a change plsand you left guys and the right and the centre and God whatever...shout out loud - in the name of bribes...we stand united!!!
