There is no point in blaming Pakistan for bomb blasts. If Indian government does not have the guts to take decision and attack enemy camps then one should expect such things on a monthly basis. It is nothing new. Every enemy country will try its level best to destabilize others. India has adopted a policy of destabilizing itself and blaming others for the same.
