why do ppl go2afghanistan?????

one thing i cant understand is that why do ppl like suryanarayana go to Afghanistan afterall??
Did they seek the govt's advice b4 going there??
Surya's family is equally at fault.. afterall they could've stopped him... but they didnt.
If u work for a pvt co & go there to earn good money, then its your problem... dont make it everyone's problem.
I truly symphathis with his family.... but one has to be careful & not be overtaken by greed...
