The basic human requirements are food and shelter. The division of labour by birth is not permitted at the present day thinking. On top of these the basic instincts of persons to exhibit their talents like, fine arts, music. When street dances and Devadasi systems are not encouraged, dance for pay needs consideration.
I personally feel that the dance bars,be it in Bombay or in Rae Bareli,they should be totally banned.As far as the unemployed women are concerned,as the other women are working,similiarly these women should also go ahead,work hard to find a job{which is done by each and every employee}.Dance bar is not an option.
