Yes. Rahul can revive. He is the Young, educated and representative of advancing India. He can change the face of castiest & backward UP with his young India team.
It is next to impossible for Rahul to revive the party in UP. Still together with Prinyanka, who is more acceptable and well aquainted with politics could make some effect in UP.
Ofcourse the likes of Rahul,in ANY party, is the future of Indian Democracy.It DOESNOT rest on the shoulder of the likes of Advani,Mulayam,Buddhadev,and all such persons who in any case are in the end of their physical existence.And the others like Uma Bharti, Mamata,Jaya,Karunanidhi et al(Arjun singh and his likes included here too!)all of whom are self-serving politicians,donot matter.Jaitley and persons like him will ALSO make the difference to Democracy.I do hope Mahajan comes out of his injury too.Only SUCH persons,will make a difference to their parties and to India.
The Indian public looks desperately for heroes, so yes, Rahul, with his background and charisma will be able to revive the Congress in UP. The question is, how long will this revival last? The public may look for heroes, but Indians are no fools. They will give the Congress under Rahul a chance, but he will have to prove that he can deliver. Otherwise, he will be just another one-win wonder
It would be high time to streamline and put in best efforts to go through the grass root level and do the best for the betterment of the nation if one wishes to serve for the public sincerely set aside the personal interests. Towards this new generation shall have to be lined up by ignoring their personal life.
