Under the present castist vote equations in UP, no Congressman, be it Rahul himself, can revive party in the state. He must remember that Raibareily or Amethi is not entire UP
I have my doubts but if he can change it will be good for both congress as well as UP. politics in UP is dominantly caste ridden..majority of the electorate care damn about developement and leaders like Mulayam and Mayawati knows the nerve of the people and play the caste politics. Poor people just dun understand that the people they are voting for..dun do anything for 'em but mint money for themselves!! pity
Yes. Rahul can revive. He is the Young, educated and representative of advancing India. He can change the face of castiest & backward UP with his young India team.
