I had spend most of my life in UP and can safely say that UP is catching with Bihar very rapidy.Every where you find corrution,there is no law and order,even in city like NOIda there is nothing concrets to tell except malls.There isElecrticit shortage no proper infrastructure, and even Auto rikshaw refuse to go Noida becoz of Polce, I do certainly think Rahul will take care of these things as he is among the youth.I wish and certaily hope that Rahul can revive UP and make it reach to old glory that it had 15 years back
I feel yes, Rahul Gandhi is definately going to be a trump card for congress in UP, nay in India for the forth comming elections. I should be given responsibility of strenghtning the party which is in the national interest.
It is possible that Rahul Gandhi will help congress in UP because Indian people like that new genration to lead nation,so my view is that all congressmen to support Rahul.He is honests.

charge of c.m. if congress party will get majarity in up. hole situation will change by this declaration.the people of up realy fedup with politics of maya, and mulayam, bjp already lossed thier ground after induction of mr gupta as c.m.
the normal people of state will come back to rahul only if he declare that i will take the charge of c.m . so the declaration of rahul is not completed. if he completed his declaration that will be fortune of up and public of up.there is no need of ground but need of only home work in choosing the right condidate for each constituancy.people vote for congress and rahul if he come with right and full declaration. i requested to rahul first you take full charge of up the charge of rest of india will come automatically.but full declaration by rahul is difficult.
