I think, if he has done his homework with available database about UP then only we can say a bit that he can brought change. but i am sure he did not. Well you need to have a basic understanding of the all the levels(Staffing, Corruption etc.) to make sure you a effective planner for the state. Rahul think twice before saying anything and it is very easy to make statements before the public but can we ask what CHART he prepared for the UP.
Rahul has no credential so far as parliamentarian and within no time he wants to head campaign in no show state for congress u.p. First he needs to be a catalyst for activating the campaign. So rahul should not daydream , to lead a campaign is not a family-run show.
It has been a long time that the Congress grass root workers have been mobilised at their heart, earlier many a times they have been pushed to wall by the other so called leaders, but at heart this is the first time the enthusiasm can be seen and whole hearted dedication be observed, and it is only bcause they have a face and a name - Rahul GANDHI after along period with which they can fight the opponents, it is his charisma and Indian mindset to worship the rulers and their descendents that is going to reflect into a great congress truimph in UP. It would also be a stepping stone for Rahul to lead the nation, UP is the pilot scale project, once formula succeds Nation is the aim. He is surely a nice gentleman who belongs to the Gandhi family, he has the best qualification to approach the common man.
He is the only person in todays political arena whom the young as well as the old and learned are willing to believe in and pose confidence to lead this nation. He is and He will revive Congress not only in UP but in the nation as well, Because its only & only Rahul Gandhi who can do that.
Look at the paradox of UP. It has probably spawned 7 or more Prime Ministers and yet on all economic and human development indices it trails behind most states in the country. President Kennedy in his speech at Berlin during his aborted tenure has told the people `Ask not what the country can do for you, ask what you can do for the country'. If Rahul can take a leaf from this historic statement and apply it to himself vis-a-vis UP, then there is hope for Congress
the way rahul is going head it seems he can do it. but the present senario of polotics tells that there are a lot of matter where congress has to answer the people. i think rahul has capability to feel good foe congress just like his father. he is under guidence to his mother which i thick is the most efficient leader of this time because she has grasp the root of poitics.
