India too needs a hard shaking. The defunct parliament and assemblies should be scrapped for some time and the money saved be put in progressive and nation building purposes. Military or civil, whichever, civil backed with military would be best. But at the rate of corruption and mishandling of affairs in this country, where the farmer does suicide coz he makes the food and the consumer and the elite get richer inspite of being just consumer is a heart wrenching fact.
The GOI should step in to help out the farmers in the country whose numbers are dwindling by the 1000s with each passing season. Just because the industry lobbies and the other lobbyists cry and cry, they only get all the attention. There is a world beyond them too, if one cares to look.
I myself have been toying with the idea of a coup but I have neither the means nor the strength to go about it. I would like to put my country on the straight path to success if I could. If wishes were horses, I would be flying!
Pak's money troubles are over - flushed with unlimited US taxpayers dollars, Mush, our frontline ally in the war on terror, can afford to play any game he like against India, from funding Islamic terrorists, Naxals NE Utlras to paying ghoons to foment communal unrest, with total impunity. So unless the spinesless, cowardly idiots in Delhi understand this, and decisively hit him back ten-fold, they will continue to suffer the wound of a thousand cuts, slowly bleeding to death and impotent do respond.
This is one sensible move by Gen. Musharaff. With Mr. Shaukat Aziz, a well known economist, instead of some rabble rousing politician, heading the government, Pakistan can hope for some steady economic development. Hopefully this should bring about a change towards a healthy and positive relationship with India. We pray that Mr. Aziz succeeds in his task to bring economic and political stability in Pakistan.
