Know what, if I had the entire resources of the Union Govt of The Republic Of India lined up at my door step, not to mention a black cat escorted cavalcade of bullet proof cars subsidised by tax-payer money, neither would I!
We salute you Sonia ji for your honest declarations; as in past you have again uphold honesty, morality and dignity in politics. Every Indian bow to you and looks to you as mataji.
One should learn from our politicians the art of meagre and austere living. They don't own a car but they have lot of luxury cars to transport them. They don't own a house to live in but they live in palatial andluxurious houses. They don't own any jewelry but a lot of jewelry to wear. I wonder if Mr. Rajiv Gandhi has bequeathed his property to some orphanage that poor Ms. Sonia owns nothing. Very bad Mr Rajiv, very bad or your Mom Indira has left nothing for you that you could leave nothing for your wife. Now she is finding it hard to make her both ends meet. The people of our nation should unite to make some donations and fund our leaders because they are serving our nation so selflessly that they don't make any money for themselves by taking up any worthwhile profession.
Only the truly super-rich own no car....as they dont need one...they control it all. On a similar situation many millionaires do not carry a wallet as their expenses are already paid for!!
