i think india needs a change,big time and women like medha patker are doing just that.but its a shame that not many indians think like that. all indians should unite and be one huge force one power and then they can solve all the problems abt their country which they always just crib about.untill then people like her will die just doing that but the sad part is if she gets support of all of us things will definitely change and her life will not go in vain.
Media should take note that such protests have prolonged a project for over a decade. With crores of the taxmen's monney going down the drain, its a cause of concern how much more!
This cannot be called a fast as she is eating up a vast majority of resources like security personnel, news reporters, etc, who could have done something more meaningful at the time instead of catering to the suicide bids and useless drama of a senile relic.
Medha Patkar, Honestly the struggle would have been valuable before this dam was built. now it has already done and aggitating for small small developments of this dam may yeild her any political gain but i do not think government can revert back the policies.
