This article is the story of the reaction only.

It doesn't depicts the reality.

The author and publisher should answer the following questions before publishing such a fraud articles.

why the hindus in muslim dominated areas faces the harrasement by muslims?

why muslim dominated areas in India are reffered as sensitive places and reffered as centers of anti india activities even by our secular police and military forces and politicians?

How the torrorists could peacefully live in these muslim dominated areas for years?

why the minority kashmiri pundits were thrown out of valley?

why muslim population is increasing exponentially in India while Hindu population is decreasing in India and muslim countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh?

Why Karsevaks were burnt at Godhara?

Who demolished the temples at somnath, ayodhya, kashi, mathura and thousands at other places?

Why thusands of innocent Hindus were massacred, Looted, womens were raped by muslim invaders like Taimurlang, Tughalak, Ghauri, Babar, Aurangzeb,....................?

Hindu - Muslims
by Amith on Apr 11, 2006 03:11 PM  Permalink

Syed Firdaus Ashraf...I have a sincere question for you...Is a Hindu family welcomed in a muslim locality? And why in the world you want to leave in a hindu locality?

No doubt the politicians have used the rivalry between the two communities, but we must first accept that there exists one

Re: Why I won't live among Hindus
by Krishna Prakash on Apr 11, 2006 02:59 PM  Permalink

Mr. Syed Firdaus Ashraf has, with pain and anguish, narrated a true incident from his life. Most of us, Hindus and Muslims, have similar experiences to share. Throughout India, if we see, knowingly or unknowingly, people of same caste / religion have the habit of living together or close by. This has been the practice for quite a few centuries now. To come out of being in a well (or small circles like this) people like us have to join hands and try to create awareness amongst whomsoever we know. Regarding vegetarians or non-vegetarians living together, it is a matter of choice as many may not be able to take the smell of food when cooked(this is a blatant truth).

The root of all these lies in choosing the right politician and also the resolve to do whatever we can in our personal circle of influence. Quota systems, reservations on caste basis (should be merit basis) and religion basis (Andhra for example)should be abolished. We cannot take revenge on a particular caste or community because centuries before this case or community oppressed otheres. It is barbarianism. So what you have stated is not an issue which can be solved sitting across table but we in our minds first.
