Obviously the rivals of the sub-continent do seek a zero -sum game in their quest of nuclear deterrence.Nothing that appears to suggest edge or favour in any deal for even peaceful imports of Nuclear fuels or reactor technologies, causes anxiety , lest the pakistani deterrent may lose its dominant position,as well-known position of their Doctrine,permits use of nuclear arms in case pak's identity is threatened by even conventional war. India is not recognised by Nuclear club as an equal member ,no. As such we are at the receiving end of various checks that hamstrung our weapon -options.. either we should break through these barriers or accept this position, no use sulking hard realities even if these are not actually boosting our nuclear ego.D. Now look at this pakistan has been talking about balance of power on the account of india getting civil nuclear deal with the US. These stupid fools, should concentrate at the moment for the things that are important for them like taking care of the earthquake victims in POK, where they are begging for from the world. This clearly shows, the interest of pakistan government in taking care of its people and running their country. It's already been more than 55 years since they became independent, how far have they gone in their development. Their markets suck, people don't have enough money but what is surely important for them is that they have to look down upon india. I don't understand this why do they want to put in so much improtance to their defence sector, whrn they know pretty well that India's never gonna attack them(yea they can call us pussy or whatever...but that's what we are....)..but still they wanna do it. I think it's high time people of pakistan stand up against the stupid policies of their government..and try and change things which would be good for them as well as the whole south asian region.
Pakistan must get similar or better package then India from US. A terrorist nation with mullah regime without any respect for democracy and human rights was used by US and EU for its own geo-political interests. Somehow, by hook or crook, stability of Pakistan is linked to military strength of India. Pakistan have illegally occupied J&K from independence. People of India have right to ask their dumb, incompetent and inaction packed yatra-brand and quotta-reservation brand politicians: What in the independent India are they doing for Indians, which will make them safe, secured and have pursuit of happiness and wealth, per constitution. NOTHING. Lately they are trading human rights of poor Indians with Americans for nuclear deals, despite having enough nuclear material, hydropower and solar power available for business and domestic needs of independent India. WHY? They cannot deal with rogue PAKISTAN, what are they going to deal with US, EU and G8? PAKISTAN provides a problem day after day and these incompetent netas are not able to convince the world about India's soverign right to defend its citizens through a war with Pakistan. SHAME and DISGRACE.
There is no restraint for India , as long as China possesses Nuclear weapon. Pakistan is mere irritant propped up by China. India is neither going to limit or stop its nuclear capability till China is at the same level.
