Judas was no traitor?
by Sudha Simon on Apr 07, 2006 05:47 PM  Permalink

This is one more manifestation of Satan to lead the people into believing lies. Satan has already been overpowered by Jesus on Calvary and is awaiting punishment. Therefore no attention needs to be paid to such misleading concepts.

Nothing Novel in Gospel of Judas!!
by Daniel on Apr 07, 2006 05:41 PM  Permalink

It's interesting to see that this spurious document is raising such an enthusiasm, given the suggestion that it is from third or fourth century. The nearer the document to the actual timing of the event, the truer the document. All the books in the Bible are canonised before the turn of first century AD.Therefore, any evidence contrary to the affirmation of the biblical text has to be discarded (or doubly checked for its authenticity over against the biblical text).

The meaning given in the quotation ("... you will exceed all of them. For you will sacrifice the man that clothes me,") seems to be read into the text, though the new meaning does not question the biblical affirmation very much. For Jesus, even the Judas who betrayed Him had a chance to repent and come back as Peter did after denying Him.

judas
by J.RABI on Apr 07, 2006 05:36 PM  Permalink

Irefute the theory because everything about judas written in NTGospels has been in exactly the same way as it has been prophesied by OT prophets and hence what is written in the BIBLE can be believed as true. Moreover St.Paul says that the true Gospel is the one given by the apostles and any other written by anyoneelse is not deemed to be correct.

Judas as an traitor
by Ranu gaonkar on Apr 07, 2006 05:23 PM  Permalink

I am beliver of jejus baba very much. He is the only one who sacrifice his life inorder to protect humanity and teached people love, peace and non-violance.

Readers should just ignore such type of article.. If for one second u think that Jadas is not a traitor, why he hanged himself? It shows that he repent the things he done

Tommrow another article may also publish saying that jejus is responsible for his death.. It depend all on faith how much u belive. and finally mass decesion is important.

I have faith in jejus and have capacity to ignore such type of article. My humble request for readers just ignore this article let pray the lord, Praise the lord.
