Anybody can write any sheer nonsense nowadays for cheap popularity. To me it just seems another form of jeering at christianity. Even if this gosel exists, its authenticity is yet to be tested and it will never have any major influence on the belief of christians and its theology.It's simply doesn't make any sense for a believer.

The Gospel might be a real one, but there is no proof for Judas is the author of it. The actual script itself was written in Greek, in 2nd century. There were always conspiracy theories among the Church from the first century itself. I think this also a creativity of somebody who's had some sympathy on Judas and its a part of such conspiracy only.
But this Gospel is another proof for Jesus was alive. There are so much conspiracy theories who are denying the existance of Jesus. Also its going against theories of so called Davinci code, where people belive Jesus was not crucified, but married Mary, and lead a family life.
There is no need to high light this point, coz the soldiers who came to arrest jesus knew him earlier. Jesus preached quite lot of times in public places, and every body know him.
Whether Judas did it on his own or on Jesus's asking him to do it takes away nothing from the sacrifice of Jesus for the salvation of mankind. The existing gospels provide ample proof that Judas did it on his own and was then remorseful for it. Moreover, Jesus did not need to take the help of any deception. In these end times, such issues will come up more frequently, but will only serve to attract more people to study God's word - The Bible to know the truth for themselves.
