I completely agree with Vajpayee's observations. We cannot forgo our right to test nuclear devices in perpetuity. Our concerns totally depend on our surroundings. If Pakistan, which is sore over not getting this deal, starts testing devices we cannot do anything but sit and watch. I wish the media build public opinion in this regard to force the govt not to accept this particular clause.
