Come on guys, this is India, the land where the high and mighty are above the law - untouchable. The prized 'status' in this land - if you can boast of having the right 'connections', otherwise you're a nobody. That's why corruption is so pervasive - it's the people who are corrupt and who've corrupted the entire system, by bribing officials just to boast of having connections. That's why the permit raj and license raj was so good for them, as everyone needed to have the right connections, or nothing doing - no telphone, no power, no electricity, no gas...So peole would ask, "hey, do you know someone who could get me a phone connection.." Yes, the rich and powerful are beyond the reach of the law as they are the law, and the cops are the biggest Mafia.
What difference does it make ? Police should be more bothered about doing their job correctly rather than looking into who gave advice to whom for whatever reason it may be.
I don't understand why they focus more on fake things and leave the real motive to nab the culprits behind..wake up delhi police.
