Both the Cong at the center and the communist party which has ruled Bengal for the past two decades have not only deliberately encouraged, but has openly aided and abetted illegal influx of B'deshis to firm up their vote-banks, as these illegals are dependent on the party machinery to provide them with everything from false documents: ration cards, voting cards, drivers licenses, resdiency permits, birth certificates etc to access to housing and schools. In sum, they are traitors.
