As founder of NMO(National Medicos Organisation) who has visited 135 medical colleges of India(and two of Nepal),probably a world record for visiting medical colleges, I had presented MY MODEL OF MEDICAL EDUCATION at various platforms including prestigious API.

" V- Post-PG(DM/MCh)(3 yrs.)
THERE WILL BE COMPETUTIVE EXAMINATIONS for STAGE I,II,IV & V
LMPs(Common to all pathys, some practical tips from all pathys )will be our basic doctors to cater Village sub-centres.
MBBS/BAMS/BHMS etc.to be posted in PHCs/town dispensaries.
SRCs-osted as specialists at all referral/other hospitals(instead of MD/MS of present day who have more bookish knowledge)
PGs(MS/MD-to be teachers only in medical schools/colleges.
Post-PG- In superspeciality hospitals & reaserch work.
THIS SYSTEM WILL UNIFY & STANDARDISE ALL PATHYS .
