This is a sordid business, looked from any angle. Now Haresh wants Indian government to teach Pakistan a lesson if its government does not release a person its courts convicted for terrorism. As if the Indian government needed any prodding if it could.
News have indeed been filtering out that poor villagers from border districts of Indian Punjab have been enticed for a pittance to go into Pakistan for sabotage and terrorist attacks. Any that later turned recalcitrant were threatened with being handed over to Pakistan for hanging. A life long blackmail in short. But, you know worst things happen in the name of patriotism. President Musharraf will have a hard time deciding this case. There may be (although with a heavy dose of reservations) to postpone the execution if in the offing but this case cannot be and should not be dealt with in isolation. If at all legal due processes are to be tempered with, the whole lot of Indian, Pakistani and of course Kashmiri people will have to be included.
Indian government and some of its social organizations do not have legal and moral right to ask General Parvez Musharraf to pardon and release of Sarabjit Singh, a RAW terrorist of India. He committed heinous crime and killed hundred of innocent children, women and men in Pakistan. He planted bombs on public places. His crime and atrocities has been proved.
It is shameful act of Indian Medias to using school children for releasing of terrorist. Also, some governmental mullas came forward and made procession in front of Pakistan Embassy for the release of terrorist.
In India, thousands of innocent Kashmiris and Indian muslims are jailed in fabricated charges of Bombay Blast, Comibotore blast, Ghatkoper Blast, Parliament attack and thousand of SIMIS members are jailed during BJP-RSS ruled. Abdul Naser Madani, a social worker of South India, jailed with fabricated charges. He is paralyzed and very bad condition of health. Before asking pardoning and release of Sarabjit Singh (an RAW terrorist), Indian Government and so called social organizations should start campaign and efforts to release of Kashmiris and Indian innocent muslims.

I m not getting what you are talking. But one thing I m sure. by hanging any person, as human beings, we are not doing any good to him. He may be given life term imprisonment (if at all he truly committed violence). But by hanging him, we are not doing any good to him or his family. I feel he needs a pardon from Mr President Mushraff. Lets all of us re-think about this issue and lets forgive him. I am sure he will turn a good human, looking forward..
like rotation of our mother earth, who did not teach us to divide Her into countless boundaries and which one of the boundary called pakistan which is a part of the Indian continent, it is pertinent we wipe off the boundary and become One India. pakistan as is obvious, has blamed Sarabjit a terrorist. Sarabjit is innocent and is pinned down like a sacrificial goat. Indian authorities should act very very tough with pakistan and get sarabjit released immediately, irrespective of the fallout of peace process. If Sarabjit was an israly, or american or british, they would first approach pakistanis diplomatically and if the pakistanis' head could not swollow, they will attach pakistan and rescue a innocent person.Innocent people cannot suffer and that is the law of Supreme.
Leaving behind the protocols among the politicians, if I was a Superman, I will reunite our country into one India as I do not believe in pakistan, bangladesh and afghanistan. They all are parts of India divided by the most hated british.
