Mr. Shenoy has really touched the key problem of India. If his suggestion on 'primary education' is followed, I am sure India would be able to eradicate the problems poverty and ignorance. But I must add a point here. Government should vigourously follow some sort of family planning measures especially for villagers and urban poor who keep procreating endlessly under the impression that more number of kids mean more income. Beggary is NOT yet banned on Delhi (the proud Capital of India). And 80% of beggars are small kids who should be going to school. These issues certainly need urgent attention. Touching upon college issues is nothing but wasting time and energy just to give undue benefits to non-deserving candidates, ignoring the bright middle-class students of nation who can do a lot to contribute to its progress.

Piyushi, I have a few questions for you: 1. Why should begging be banned in Delhi? How do you propose to ban it? Banish the beggars elsewhere? They have as much rights as you to remain on the streets of Delhi. Do you have any suggestions for feeding them? 2. Where are the so called schools to send begging children to? How many government schools do you think are in Delhi? Further, what should these children do after school? Maybe you would like to decide everything for these children. 3. What kind of forced family planning measures do you have in mind for villagers and urban poor? Obviously these people are not citizens equal to you in your mind. You seem to like to decide things for them. Maybe they WANT to have more children. After all, their resources - their labor, their tax money, their water and their food grains ARE used by you. Maybe they should ask for less money spent on your roads, your airports, your subways and your power needs. It is precisely this mentality - that poor people and rural villagers are somehow lesser beings than you and your ilk that has led to misplaced priorities in government spending. It is time you guys started paying your dues.
Dear Mr.Shenoy, You had rightly put the concern of million Indians. But,I'm glad to know that you had made it public. The message needs to be relayed across the country thru all the forms of media so that the same would be echoed so loud that the bunch of jokers in the decision maker uniform should implement it asap.
Keep your mission going, I wish you all my support.
My friend you are 100% right.Everybody knows what will happens with this money.Everbody will get his commission from this money.Only few will be benefitted. This is all about this corrupt system.
