Its going tolead more deaths and problems during the pregnency. And the worst is the reputation of the indians and india in the international community.
just ask law makers if they wouild allow there children to marry at 15. Let's not make the mockery of our judicary system.apply to yourself before applying it to others.let not the downrodden suffer even knowingly.
just think of two cases
1. a girl willing to marry at 15 who is not aware of the difficulties of life. 2. parents marrying a child forcefully,and who is going to make sure about the will of child.
here the lawmakers have behaved irresponsibly towards the society. a bad example set.
The High Court ruling that a girl can be married at the age of 15 against the existing age of 18 is highly objectionable and unwarranted. This will only encourage child marriage. Can a married girl be stopped from becoming a mother by law? Is a girl menatally and physicaly fit to become a mother at the age of 15 or 16? What about a girl child's right to education?
Has the High Court got any answer to above questions?
Whatever averments made by the High Court is wrong, illegal and against the principle of natural justice. The High Court judgement is to be quashed/repealed immediately. Othewise all the law abiding citizens, NGOs particularly Women's organisations must unite and fight against the High Court ruling.
From this action of High Court, I think High court does not see the whole Country condition on this matter and he takes action on only one or two cases of court.
its not a good law,because the minor girls are not able to recognize the good/bad.and the minor girls are no enogh knowledge about family life,it may be caused in their life.
