The girls below the age of 18 should not be allowed to marry,becthey will not be well aware about what life is and they will not be mature enough to lead a family life.At the age below 18 they will be in astage of fantsy and sometimes they will see family life as a fantasy and it will create big problems in their life.
All i have to say is Rubbish about this, Tomorrow the Laws will be amended for the others as well and which will further take a turn into a political Merry go round for more strikes and Morchas.
I think it is due to only our stupid law makers mind. If a person can elect the govt. in the age of 18 then why he is not abel to take his personal decision after 18. i think one person can easily decide what is good for him after 18. Then why he or she can can not drink after 18 years old or why they cannot get marry.
I am of the opinion that minor girls should be allowed to marry. When you can allow them to marry at the age of 18 why not a couple of years earlier. A girl is said to be ready to be a mother when she reaches the age of 15. Todays generation matures much faster than what it used to be in olden days. A person who is matured should be allowed to do what is right for him or her. so i find it not a problem to allow any girl above 15 to get married.

I do not agree to the court's view that minor girls can marry is a wrong decision. Minor girls of age below 18 would not know what is it that they will be in by marrying. If, this is with consent of parents, I can un derstand the court has given its thinking and not otherwise. Today, people find difficulty in feeding themselves with parental assistance and one who cannot feed herself cannot create a new life to undergo the same difficulty. Leave the marriage age as it stands now and let the world think how we can alleviate poverty before thinking about creating another hungry mouth.
