I really cant understand what exactly the UPA and in perticular the congress and their J&K partner mean when they say such statements. I dont see either the terrorist from across the border and within keep their part of the bargain on coming to the table with out guns ever. We've been hood winked by both these terror groups for decades and keep playing to their music. And the so called human right activists make the job much worse. I dont see any of them going and making any noise in China which have their own minority problem. All this is just to look good at the end of the day at a high society cocktail party, on the ground it means nothing. Every thing goes on, our police are under equipped and soilders hads tied but still expected to give results when the terrorists stricks
