Bihar Election Results!
by Raju on Nov 23, 2005 10:38 AM  Permalink

Hearty Congratulations to Bihar People for electing Nitish as CM who is a modest and trustworthy person when compared to the earlier mediocre leader who did not like Bihar developing. The Bihar elections should become a lesson for other states where the politicians never like their areas to develop as development may throw their dominance away. Equally, Sri K.J.Rao must be congratulated for his dareness and determination in tackling the worst situation prevailing in Bihar state for the 15 years. People of Bihar have proved that they have Alu but not Lalu!

The Congress president Mrs.Sonia Gandhi should also be congratulated as during her election tours she stressed to vote a stable Majority Government. The people responded well for her call but not in her favour. Not it is the time for the Centre to remove the Jhutas at the highest position who spoiled the image of our country.

Best of Luck, Nitish
by Rajadurai on Nov 23, 2005 10:36 AM  Permalink

Time has come for Bihar. Here is a good man who wants to do good for the people of Bihar and to the State of Bihar.

The birth place of Lord Budda is now known for vandalism and terrorism by Naxals and Politicians.

The State which had the ancient University has the most illiterates.

The job ahead is very tough, indeed. The Congress Government which is well known for its partitioned approch now has Laloo also. The cooperation and funds from Centre will be very hard to get.

However, let God be with him to discharge his duties well.

Let us wish the very Best of Luck, Nitish.

Nitish Kumar-is he the New Messiah?
by Parag Dadpe on Nov 23, 2005 10:31 AM  Permalink

Hi this is with reference to the article that i read...well its good to hear that the "Lalu Raaj" has finally come to an end. Nitish kumar has made a lot of Promises but its upto him that he should deliver what he said..Practise What you Preach Mr. Nitish Kumar only then will you succeed in making Bihar free from all the troubles. As a true Indian, i would be very happy if bihar is able to improve its image. It would be a welcome relief to the citizens of the troubled state with law & Order and Maoists problems. i wish all the best to Nitish Kumar and hope that he succeeds in delivering all the promises that he has made. Bharat Mata ki Jay.

A Typo
by Prakash Periasamy on Nov 23, 2005 06:15 AM  Permalink

Dear Editor,

This is to notify about the typo in the article titled "Neither proud nor afraid:Nitish".

Typo is on the paragraph titled "On poll alliances" third line. For "Both us have worked together...." read "Both of us have worked together..........".

Although this typo doesn't alter the sense much, but still the editor should be very careful while reporting political matters since we have lot of instances where even correctly said words are misunderstood and had caused severe damages to the society. Yes of course, the current french revolution is a good example.
