Whatever Bihar poll result may be, it is not going to change its fate as there every political party is criminalized;every institution,including judiciary is corrupt;people have lost faith in everything including in themselves who inherit the Great Prahlad, Sita,Yajyanvalkya,law giver Gautam and Gautam Buddha and Lord Mahavir,Chankya-Chandragupta,Vachaspati-Mandan-Bharati-Ashoka- Shershah to Rajendra Prasad,Jay Prakash and what not? Change in politics or combating Naxalism is no answer.
To my opinion,it needs NGOs/social institutions to remove illiteracy,ill health and poverty. Every village is to be improved by its villagers whether residing there or migrated to cities for livelihood-all should contribute. And likewise every school should be taken care of by alumni. Make small NGOs/groups-bigger will devour sources. Then new leadership will grow to combat floods and poverty on International level.
Bihar may need further division in four states-Mithila,Anga,Magadh and Bhojpur-all of 2-2.5 crores or at least two Mithila(Mithila+Anga parts)or Mithilang Pradesh and rest as Bihar to get better central/international aids and administration. -Dr.Dhanakar Thakur 0651-2411278.
