he should not be hanged ...hang him in the street alive and let the public kill him,take his body parts out piece by piece and beat him to death so that he might suffer as all the victims to his crimes did.make an example out of him for all the gangsters who think they can mould the system however they want
Yes, Salem should be given death penalty along with Monika bedi asap becoz there is a chance of escaping of salem like Masood Azhar a jihadi terrorist did.
Dont see any other way to penalise him. If, police have enough evidance he should get death penalty, that too sooner the possible. Else its not hard for his people to again make "Azhar Masood" incident happen. he is guilty, not just of indian government but also of all 100 crore Indians. Even Indian BAR Association should ban any advocate to take his case, but people are after making money here in india, thats worst part.
We must never be biased. As the judge has quoted,when the guilt of Abu Salem is proved beyond doubt(a must) and the findings make it to a stage where his actions deserve the Capital Punishment there must not be any hindrance for the judiciary to award it to him.....
This is the law and its course must be given due respect..
Salem should not be punshied by death,since indian governament was promised to the other contry but he should nethier live nor die and punshiment should be severe to the core
