As far as i think he should not be given death penalty

I wonder, is there anything we could give more than a death penalty? in case we could then we must try that. Because salem desires it. Its ridiculous not to give death penalty for crimes done by salem. Portuguese may not have faced terror plots in their history. I believe they will soon revisit their law once they are hit by terror attacks in their soil. All criminals to note who are facing death penalty: Just get to Portugal; you are safe that you won't be given death penalty by INDIAN govt for SURE.
India. one of the most effected country form terrorism, should pass clear message to everyone that we will not tolerate this any more. This can be only done by taking strong step like giving capital punishment to culprits in Public. This will ensure that people will not try to play with India again.
Those who talk about humanity should be asked that where they are when innocent people are killed. Why then they keep hiding at their home.

Why death penalty why not a punishment which has a lot of pain, blood and everything which the people had suffered since the Mumbai bombings. He shud not be killed at one instance give him 1000 different types of pain which he has given to the people. Why do we let these peolple go. Now since he is in India, y did the Govt agree with the Portugal Govt that he shud not be given a death penalty, that is not their matter. if he is involved in a crime in Portugal, he shud be punished there, what good had we got bringing him here, except that cases are reopened, all activities has restarted and what else big that Govt spending will increase in Crores and corrupt people can again make money from all this thing.

Why give him death penalty which will break the international confidence in our goverments words, hamper further extradictions, and make a martyr of that man among the jehadis ? I say keep him alive.. and hand him over to the mumbai police.. and let them lose on him... He doenst deserve a peaceful death !!! Definitely Abu Salem should be given death penalty along with all those people responsible for henious crimes against humanity.
