this horrendous person cannot be billed or called a human being. he is asura in the form of a human called abu salem. no capital punishment is enough for this asura. his karma will consign this asura to his fate.
the Indian Govt as given their word of assurance to the Govt.of Portugal, should follow and keep their word.
Justice should be done while this demon is alive, that is to give him the most rigorious punishment and put him into exile (solitary confinement) and after this justice is passed, then this demon's karmas will surely follow him. Every asura and human has to depart and leave the body.So solitary confinement is and should be for this demon and all the other demons who are amongst us in India, which outnumber the honest. All inhuman demons born are and will be consigned to hell.
A few days before, I had a debate with few of my friends. They all think that capital punishment should be utilized in the rareest of rarest cases. I was the sole man among them who is playing against the motion.
But after getting all details about this man, 'Salem', I have changed my mind and now I think he should be hanged to death.
If Indian courst does not take serious actions on such people, there will be more Salem produced by terrorist groups. Please hang him, he killed not one but many people. If a normal man kills some one then he gets death sentence, then why not him who killed many.
A person like Abu Salem cant expect anything less than death penalty. If the Govt is stuck by the promise given to the Portugese Govt, the next best alternative is an enccounter.
He should be hanged, if proved guilty. Lets not get too much bothered of what undertaking we have given to a country which does not understand what 'terrorism' is . Its our problem and the best solution is an 'encounter' death.
Such a situation should be dealt very delicately. If he is proven guilty enough for a death penalty (which he should be), it will be against the undertaking. India doesn't want to lose its word in the International community. They should rather start a fresh talk with Portugal, after he is proven guilty for death penalty.
Such Terrorist and Dons should not be treated with any Mercy. Without any Mercy he should be given Capital Punishment, specifically hang till death. 25 years of Imprisonment, is not a bad choice. He will suffer all the years in Indian prison and associated politics.
