We can't! What we could do however, is to initiate a dialogue and ask the European Union to show liberty and let us hang him! That's a huge task...though not completely impossible, given the International terrorism that is now becoming a major headache.
It's time India put an end to capital punishment. Europe has banned it, so has countries like Canada and even Nepal. What gives the law the right to take one's life? Life imprisonment should be the maximum penalty.
hi! this is imu from gujarat. i think CBI muct stick to his assurance given to portugal court even after the honourable court gives him DEATH PENALTy. i know that ABU SALME is one of the main accused of Bombay blasts but as we have assured portugal court to not give him death penalty. i dont know what law says about this kind of pre-condition. but even if law senatace him to death penalty, he should not be given it to him.
i think that even if the court thinks of giving him death penalty he should not be given such coz this would be against the undertaking given by the indian govt. it would give a bad image to the world and may be not good for the future.

Being the alleged involvement in killing hundreds of innocent people during Bombay blast series, he is not have any right to live more. He should be hanged till death. He made people fear and unsecure, and why should TADA hear Portugese court order that he should not sentenced for death...he is the culprit and he deserves only death penalty.
