judiciary
by jkrawat on Nov 13, 2005 10:23 AM  Permalink

though as per law it should be left to judiciary what to do. But as far as judiciary is concerned it does not hold good repo among society. Public does not expect any good judment from judiciary. it is well know fact that judiciary is so complecated by law, That record of fair judgment is very poor. or if it is fair, it takes years together to have a judgement. some time it is so delayed that it is of no use to have that judgement. So judiciary also need to do fair judgement in time.this is just a general humble request infront of judiciary.

death penalty for Abu Salem
by Sucharita on Nov 13, 2005 10:21 AM  Permalink

Yes Abu Salem should be given capital punishment, coz hes responsible for one of the most heinous crimes and the worst terrorist attack on Indian Soil, which took the lives of many innocents. Indian govt should not have given the undertaking bout not granting capital punishment to Salem and Monica. That person is respomsible for the death of more than 250 innocent lives. so not considering the undertaking the Indian govt should grant capital punishmnet to Salem

death penalty

In a country where muslims ruled for almost 700 years, why do such trivial issues hamper the disposal of justice.
Islamic law , "Eye for Eye , Tooth for tooth" should be used for quick and easy justice in all cases pertaining to national security.

Moreover, the lawyers and judges who delay a such a case (e.g., the Indian Airliner hijack case would not have occured is prompt decision had been taken in the court), should be debarred from legal practice.

death sentence to abu salem
by dz thorat on Nov 13, 2005 10:10 AM  Permalink

Why bother asking such a question at all?

He caused deth of about 250 people, and he ruined lives of thousands more. Give him death publicly and cruelly.

If this becomes an armchair, dispassionate, intellectual exercise, then close down all our courts, the judiciary, scrap the ipc, Crpc etc. and let us have a jungle law.
