There is no doubt about the verdict, he should be definitely given death penalty. By doing so we should send the message to all those terrorists , that anybody who attempts who kill innocent people would be dealt with the same verdict.
Yes, some people like him do deserve the death penalty. We can try to improve the person by teaching him things like meditation and yoga and the "meaning of life" but then he won't change I am sure.
Lets not kill him in one day....it would be too easy for him..he should die everyday...we dont need to excute him in public...but what we can do is inject him with the AIDS virus...and let him die his death...we could also make things more interesting by subjecting him to radiation everyday...i guess you know what that would cause...his death should be as natural as possible....and not just him.....i feel that every terrorist every criminal who is locked in for a long time should be releaved of their miserable existance.
I think the government has an obligation to keep up its promise especially when it deals with a foreign nation. However, this cannot be allowed to intervien in the course of justice. In fact, the government should have obtained the court's prior concurrence to give such a promise.
Other than that , the bombay blasts are nothing but a retaliation act of the demolition of babri masjid and as such things should be viewd in toto and the bombay blast should not be tried as an isolated case.
