Death penalty is given to a person whoever commits a murder of another person. In Abu's case, he has committed several murders and killed innocent civilians, its obvious that he should be hanged immediately. It goes without saying.

He is going to go scot free. Since very high level officers are involved in his actions everything will be covered up. That is India for you.Has any body worth the name in crime been sentenced. No. What is happening to Stamp Scam, Petrol scam. Nothing can be done It is better they donot waste Public money and go through the motions of questioning and arranging everything from Jail sentence not giving bail for three hearings and then giv bail. Anybody who has brought about the death of innocent people must be given the death penalty. No government, court or judge has the right to think otherwise.
Death will be an easy end for him. I would prefer a life term with rigorous imprisonment. But he is bound to get away, esp. with his connections and state of our corrupted police and politics. He should be beheaded or lynched in public.
