For all the cause & Concern of Humanity, Abu Salem MUST Be given a Death Penalty. Has anyone ever imagined the damage cause by these people? What is going to be the outcome? A few years in court, media throwing up stories, and soon the Indian Public, as usual will forget about Salem, like they did for Sarabjitsingh. He will be out, or will again rule the underworl through the prison. Better he be given a Death Sentence. Anyone to vote for me ? Send me a mail, or at least be brave and say it out.

Salem is not a situational criminal...He was not forced to enter into the underworld...& who can forget those lives sacrificed in Bombay Bomb Blast?? Is government and so called CBI officials ready to bear the 'sin' of Abu Salem?
A Country, howsoever humane it may be, can't forgive a mass killer...He should be taken to task, should be interrogated thoroughly by CBI, all information regarding Dawood and other Anti Indian criminals should be taken out from him and then he should be sentenced the capital punishment -
The written obligation made by India was not given to any terrorist outfit but another country that aagreed to help us. In this xase if we dont honour the agreement we would not be in a position to request for any help from any country in similar cases. Difference of opinions regarding capital punishment have to be taken in right spirit and if we say we are right and pthers are wrong then we are going by the logic of terrorists. I hate to remember about the Mumbai blasts. I agree such actions of terrorism are the worst actions againest civilised socities and the children of those guys involved in such acts are going to be ashamed of such acts of their forfathers.

Its unclear whether Salem has done rarest of the rare crime. Its for the judicial experts to decide. First we will have to establish their crime in court of law and they should be given enough opportunity to prove their innocence. Because according to me more than Salem the system responsible for creating dons like him are henious and responsible. according to me abu is a mere a henious product of that system which has the potential to create several other abus in our country. Instead i think we should blind and chop their hands and legs and permit them to flee or live wherever they wish.
Also b4 any of the bigwigs of bollywood and the politicians should stay away 'coz he has a hand in one of the largest bomb blasts killing 237 innocents.
