No being on this earth has a right to kill another being. Salem not only slayed 250 people but also ruined the lives of thousands who were dependent on those 250. Death penalty is so less for such a monster.
I beleve a death penalty is in order in this casse. If not done now, in the future other incidents might lead to his relese (kidnapping of a top official for instance). I f such a thing does haapen it will be completly unacceptable to let this murderer roam about freely.
