As far as Abu crime is concern he should be given capital punishment but that would be against the huminity..so i would suggest that cut his both the hand and release him that would be best punishment for him.
He should be hanged and given very very hard punishment. If he is left it menas all criminal will commit blasts, crimes and come back in politics or social life after killing lot of people.
No body should alive if he has killed even one person.
Abu salem must be given death penalty, there is no doubt. What made govt to agree with portugal is really peculiar !! I don't think it is right not to exempt him. Govt should take necessary steps so that this bloody gets proper penalty.
If Abu Salem is proved to be involved in Bombay bomb blasts, the court should go ahead and give him the death penalty.As far as undertaking is concerened thats the part of diplomacy which CBI played and I really appreciate this.It's not the fault of CBI to give such an assurance to Portugal,but the behaviour of the said country to behave in such a manner when it concerns such a dreaded criminal and blot on society.The Governemt should not be concerend abut the Poretugese but should go ahead and give him the death sentence and let these Portugese come to streets and make a big hue and cry and we will give them a fitting reply.Three cheers for CBI, who hardly get a chance to prove their worth when it comes to catching our own Politicians who are the biggest criminals of our society.
