Whoever you are Mr.fuehrer, you are trying give a communal colour to the issue. I had posted my views here.
If you are really going the communal way, can you tell me why no actions is being taken against Mr. Bal Thackeray who publicly stated that he was behind the Bombay riots in 92 which killed many and also made a lot many handicapped. Why no actions has been taken against him? Will anyone even dare to take any actions?

Man...wake up! you are in the hypocrtic msg board here!! You will not find honest Indian citizens/human beings here.
According to the constitution of india, if found guilty, he will be facing death penalty, however, indian govt promised portugese govt for not imposing capital punishment for him.
But Mumbai police is very clever, they will shoot him & show it encounter.
Abu Salem should be punished severely for his role in the blasts. There are many cases like this were the guilty is still holding high position and not to even speak of getting the guilty to book.
The guilty should be severely punished but why is that the same scale not being applied uniformly?
Many big gangsters have been caught and nothing has happened.Everybody knows that many politicians along with big filmstars, are also involved with this Abu Salem.Salem will move freely the next year,also contest a election,will be a great celebrity... Already we have commited for not giving him death sentence or big punishment...
Long live the Great Indian Politicians and judiciary system.Time pass chal raha hai thode dino ke liye..chalne do!!!
he should be treated in way that all other criminals in INDIA and WORLD should be forced to think over to SALEM'S CASE AND monika salem's Citizenship of India should be cancelled[ DESH NIKALA] due to two fake cases of passport.
