I think the best persons are handling the job of interrogating for find more evidennces and links and thereby unearth the whole gamut and not the tip of the iceburg. I think there should be no hurry in penalizing him. But under no circumstances should he be bailed or released. I am saying this as it is possible in Indian judiciary.
As we dont' have any other option but to award max.25 years imprisonment, let him get this by suffering in a lone cell in inhuman conditions. That way he will know what life is.
Person who is responsible for killing hundreds of people , destroying hundreds of home, shud not be giving just life imprisonment. Everybody knows the fact about indian jails. They can flee from indian jails whenever they want.. Hang him!!!for this is what he has grown for himself........
Death penalty or not. this is quiet a debatable question, according to the relatives of people killed in the blast most of them would agree that abu salem deserves a death punishment.but i personally feel a death penalty is not a solution to the issue. it is not the criminal that we have to eliminate but the root cause of crime. one may well say crime can be eliminated by elimiating criminals but this is not true.Convicting criminals and sentencing them to death will only instigate the criminals to commit more crimes. i think there is a need to study the mind of these criminals. in case of abu salem, a psychiatrist should be appointed for him. why did he supply arms and ammunitions? was the amount of money so huge that he could not understand that there are innocent people who are going to be killed.hurtle questions that would divuldge information from him. a criminal study should be done on him
death penalty is a small word for a hardcore criminal like abu salem........... rather i wud prefer tortureous life for such criminals. he sud b punished for his act n he sud be tortured for his behaviour in such a way dat he sud be remembered his wrong doing n he sud begged for death penalty....... n others underworlds those who r hidding sud also remember their wrongful act n pray to god dat they sud never be caught.

Whoever you are Mr.fuehrer, you are trying give a communal colour to the issue. I had posted my views here.
If you are really going the communal way, can you tell me why no actions is being taken against Mr. Bal Thackeray who publicly stated that he was behind the Bombay riots in 92 which killed many and also made a lot many handicapped. Why no actions has been taken against him? Will anyone even dare to take any actions?
