what a shame !!!
by sashi on May 31, 2005 06:44 AM  Permalink

what a shameless bunch of politicians !!!
Imagine one and after the other taking Hindus for granted. If we hindus do not recognize the apparent danger and seige in which the hindu society lies, we will soon perish due to foolish and short-sighted and selfish politicians. Reservation for muslims in all sectors !!! why not just hand over India to muslim rule, we can live happily ever after in medieval times, under draconian laws. There is a limit to minority appeasement at the cost of a tolerant majority. This is blatant exploitation.

Conspiracy
by A.H. Venkatachalam on May 31, 2005 06:21 AM  Permalink

India is the only country where Muslims enjoy more privileges than in any other country in the world including Pakistan which is not a democracy. As a matter of fact, even in India, they enjoy more privileges than the majority Hindus whose liberty is curtailed by a code. When that is the situation, where is the need for a battle? Congress politicians in connivance with people like Lalu, to meet their narrow ends, are conspiring to create a rift where none exists. Enlightened Muslims are aware of this. They have to educate the less enlightened ones.

Let us not be duped anymore
by Puneet Khurana on May 31, 2005 03:01 AM  Permalink

I wish this wonderful gathering was used by these political minds to bring more cohesion in the society. What happened was the exact opposite. The day when people start voting for people who can provide good governance and not on communal basis, we will see a different India. Let us not allow BJP Congress, LJP, etc etc to further divide the society. Let us be smart and promote the candidates with intellect , the candidates whose decision making is not blighted by the choice of faith of the people. Let us not be duped anymore.

Regards
Puneet
