congress has made a unpardenable mistake, by offering lalu prasad yadav,railway portfolio.lalu through out his could not do any thing for his own state,what can be expected from him as railway minister.
so, cngerss should rectify their mistake by immediately kicking him out from railway ministries,as congress dont have the authority to put total country in trouble.so just throw him out.
cabinet reshuffle, i think it is a good option but the portfolios must be given on the basis of the annul report and the incumbent ministers must not be asked to shift ministries.
