Meningitis, polio, malaria, desyntry, cholera, typhoid.....if you can name it, India has it in abundance. It's a miracle that thousands more don't die from such myriad horrible diseases, considering the filthy conditions everywhere in this stinking land of squalor and deprivation. Then again, thousands do die every day, except no one cares or bothers to bother - so, why bother? Meningistis anyone?
Meningococcemia( presence of a bacteria named Nisseria meningitidis) is not the same as meningitis(infection of the brain by this bacteria), though meningococcus is a common cause of meningitis in adults.
