You have given a lot of arguments on BJP-NDA and UPA. Where is the proper case laid out one way or other. You are using BJP-NDA's other adventures/mis-adventures to show that they are not credible. Fine, but what happened in Jharkand's governers office CANNOT be justified no matter how bad this BJP-NDA party is. If justifiable, where is your justification other than Governor has his powers etc. Then President has his power of dismissing governers at his discretion, he just talked to the Jharkand governor instead of firing him, it is faar better isnt it. Do you mean to say president should have exercised his power and fired the governor instead of talking to him ?
Its a poor defence of CPM and congress role in the drama.We know the author is a known leftist who is asked to justify LS Speaker's uncalled for actions. He convenuiently forgot to mention that 2 central ministers were sitting in the Governor's house and were directing him to take decisions after taking verbal approval from 10,Janpath. He also conveniently forgets that even congress offered inducements to the independents but they assessed that NDA has better chances of surviving and so stuck with them. Infact the President and the Supreme Court covered themselves with glory in the the whole drama in the public eye and are the real Heroes.
