Modi is the first indian chief minister who have been denied visa by a foreign nation. Most importantly both US and UK are strategic business partners of India. Yet they dont want to have any communication with Modi and his government even when they keep good relationship with BJP.
Modi has become a liability to BJP. He has become a burden to Gujaratis. For the states stake he should resign and go.
US and UK has achieved what we indians couldn't do. Rein in Modi. They told plainly that "brother, keep yourself fine in india, we cant afford you here".
What happend in Gujarat was horrible, but the worst part is,hardly any one accountable to the crime committed! Instead the leaders trying to make themselves heros out of this gratsque event. Actually indians of other states should bar such leadres to enter their states taking a clue fro USA!! I am ashamed as a Hindu and as an Indian that such crime has gone unpunished in our society. Every society hv criminals and crimes occur but it is only in third world like Gujarat these events are glorified.. even Tutsi and Hutus of Africa are trying to bring accountability to the deeds of their fellow countrymen thro open courts..
Look what modi is grumbling about, Rajiv(indira) was given a red carpet welcome after Sikh massacre, pervez is welcome though he supports terrorists who massacre kashmiris(mostly non muslims),however he unwelcome to US!!!, what does that mean, he is confessing that he did what cong and pervez did,directly or indirectly,but only he is kicked out.his only grumble is,he is being singled out and unwelcome while people who did the same thing or worse are welcome. supporters of modi hav also only one thing to complain, many despots around the world are given a red carpet welcome at white house,y is modi singled out,neither of them hav the guts to say that he was not involved, their argument that court has not convicted does not stand,law enforcement department has become a sort of his personal department,& there is no way a person will provide proof against himself,it is not for nothing that supreme court called modi as 'modern day nero' and u modi dont think abt rejecting visa to an american general, because u politicians didnt make India powerful enough to show middle finger @US arogance,accept the fact tht powerful dictate the weak and try to make India powerful....
Dear Sir, It is yet to be proved that Mr.Modi is all responsible for what happened in Gujarat during the riots.It is hipocracy on the part of US to deny him the visa.An executive power of the govt. can not be used to punish some body without giving a chance to hear him. The silent protests of the organisers of Modi's meet in the US is the testimony for this.

You say that it is yet to be proved that Modi is responsible for all the riots. How can it be proved when Modi is not allowing Courts to function in Gujarat and even after the cases have been transferred to Maharashtra, his henchmen are threatening the witnesses.
People have spoken against him, media has spoken against him, human rights people have spoken against him, opposition parties have spoken against him, etc. One of the top police officials of the IPS Gujarat cadre has spoken about how Modi and his Government interfered in the functioning of the administrative machinery. Competent police officers could not control the situation because they were transferred or Modi himself passed direct orders. What more evidence you require?
One Mr. Pandya was the Commissioner of Police, Ahmedabad, at that time. He is certainly an incompetent officer, lacking professionalism but was an ideal "Yes Man" of Modi.
