I completely agree with it. The real minorities in world as well as in Bharat are Parses and Jews. There are 20 crore muslims in India, and 60 crore muslims in Indian sub-continent, How they are minorities? Christans are dominant in the World and muslims also.
100 Percent Right,RSS, Only Jews&Parsis Merit Minority Status.Since UN charter says that special minority benefits can be given to only those with less than 5 percent of population, speical minroity status of both muslims and christians must be stopped immediately without any delay.
The news that Muslims and Christians are not minorities,is well addressed but not timely and far delayed.However this message reflects a novel way of looking at minorities,whereas it is not. Ever since people believing ISLAM and Christianity have been saying so that our heritage is Indian.Most of them even dont understand the significance of being minority,though political parties,the constitution and Governments in a row treated the communities ,their status as untouchable and maintained the status.Sensitive issues need to be addressed with compcommunication,failing which again Media like irresponsible communities will play off and put organisation like RSS in a spot.Much damage has already been done by media and Governments ,propagating against RSS,therefore it is vital that RSS make its stand ampli clear,through a publication, publishing thoughts on the subject by all her eminent thinkers, intellectuals who make difference.
The RSS has a point here. It is time to stop classification and start giving chance to everyone equally. If someone is good enough let him prove it. Basically this should be divided into 2 finally, Male & Female categories.
Being an Indian Humanism is my religion and I believe in Secularism. Why speak of minority for only " ...The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh on Friday said Muslims and Christians in India cannot be treated as minorities as they have not come from outside the country." This is the same party asking for special reservation for a S C and S T ....... Why don't they remove this difference or not speak of other religious differences. Instead remove caste differences. Would be very pleased if they did this as they too are not minorities.........????
Can the R S S do this???? As they too are not from outside India..

The SC and STs have been subjugated. The reservation is to enable them to catch up with rest of the country. Where I agree with you is that there should not be any reservations for the so called BCs. However, the muslims and Christians have never been subjugated. In fact, the Hindus were subjugated during the muslim and christian rule of India. So, if you consider yourself a muslim or a christian, you don't deserve any special treatment. If you consider yourself as an Indian, then you don't deserve any special treatment either.
