This artilce shows frustration of Praful Bidwai.it seems he is so keen to have UPA governements in all states, just like the Jhatkhnad's Governer.He conveniently ignored the misrule of Lalu Prasad and sounds dipressed at his defeat, perhaps in the hands of Communal forces, upper caste buerocrats and not by people.
On one hand he talks about aspirations of people and on the other he wants congess, paswan and Lalu to come together to form the governament, who fought against each other. He wants us to beleive UPA won the elections for the parlement on left-nehruvian platform.One should remind him that Left, which is the largest party to support Congress, won all those seats against the same party.I hope they fight together in the coming assembly elections in West Bengal to keep communal forces out of power.
Finally in India today, you can be criminal,corrupt,anti-national,oppoertunist but you can still find support from left, congress and so called unbaised media ( read groups of psuedo secualr,left oriented,psycphants ) all in the name of secularism,fulfilling people's aspirations.
Why such guys exist in INDIA, I dont know, when you see bihar it is so pathetic no development for last 15 yrs, how this guy praises Lalu couldnt understand. Such guys are terribly dragging INDIA backwards. Similar is the case of Bengal, far different in case of development with other states like gujarat, mah, ap, tn etc...

The problem with aging commentators like Praful bhai is that they dont keep in tune with the times. Also instead of seeing the woods they count the trees and come up with the classical long winded theories. I' surprised he did not bring in the old bogey of the foreign hand of Indirajis times. Lallu fell because of his arrogance so did the Congress. Paswan was never sure of his clout so he achieved much. He will go the same way because of his arrogance. The BJP will win next time around because of their under dog demeanor, and will go on to lose when they believe that India shines because of them!

when someone writes in favour of BJP, its wonderful..and when someone writes in favour of some components of UPA, its biased..Rediff is trying hard to get people biased towards BJP and saffronites theology..But, u guys got the answer, right??..better luck next time..
