You better stop writing, Mr. "Indian Lover", and change that name of your's, becoz u r insulting the word: "Lover". Just becoz u know a bit of English does not mean u have the mandate to spit garbage against ur own kin. However, that is not surprising, as the famous "Secularists" of this country have gained their fame by adopting the easy & time-proven way of insulting the nationalistic feelings of it's own countrymen. I fail to understand why is it so special in India that this country gives birth to maximum number of Traitors and Scoundrels. But the "Secular" species of animals must remember that the fate of traitors always end with disastar. Wait for the day when you and your species will be mutilated by the very "Secular" gods whom u r worshipping now. It will be just a bit too late for u to wake up from ur slumber. Believe me, that day is near.
Kudos for going on & ON with your campaign against BJP& support to the Pseuda secular's of India but pls dont forget that BJP even though with all the dissidents has been able to grab 30 seats in that election and it's people like you who don't want to recognize this effort.moreover by the time finish this article the BJP nust have won the vcote of Confidence & made their Sarkaar over there. Id9ont know what your going to feel & write after that. But one thing i never forget to do is that i never miss your BJP HATRED ARTICLES. I JUST LOVE THEM.
It seems Praful Bidwai lives in 16th Century. He says Laloo has developed expensive indulgences but shy aways to tell the facts that Laloo is running around Bollywood starlets and actresses.
Let Praful Bidwai become companion of Laloo then may be Bihar changes for better and suddenly becomes Shanghai. Long live comrade Bidwai.
Praful, Praful...how a man of your intellect fawns over Laloo and his politics is difficult to comprehend. Such is your hatred towards right-of-center ideology, that you are willing to sell your soul to the devil. You're not a politician, are you? You are supposed to be a journalist with a leftist viewpoint. But what you have presented here is not a viewpoint, it's garbage. According to you, Laloo's "politics is legitimate"...this is a person who ruined the future of an entire generation and foisted his wife as CM upon 64 million hapless citizens of the most impoverished state in the country. According to you, the bureaucracy loathes Laloo only because it is "itself upper-class". According to you "the media ran a hate campaign" against him. According to you, the EC "passed unreasonable remarks" against him. According to you, Laloo has, unreasonably of course, earned the "hatred of the anti-Mandal intellengtsia". What can one say? It is just amazing that someone who calls himself a journalist can be so delusional. Is it really necessary to give rejoinders to these absurd claims? I think any intelligent person can see through your warped logic and malicious innuendo.
I have been reading the articles by the author for quite some time. What comes out very clearly is the complete lack of ability to think outside his pre-concieved notions. He is so oblivious to all the facts that in his zest to demean BJP , he is going out of his way to glorify Lalu Yadav. I am no fan of BJP, but an author needs to be little more circumspect in his writing. If he is justifying and even encouraging a gove. headed by Lalu, he should go and talk to people in Patna and Bihar. Will the learned author have the courage to leave his wife or sister in the city of Patna alone, when Lalu was ruling? Were the lower strata people, whom Lalu so conveniently fooled and proclaimed to represent, really happy in Laluland? Request Rediff to use their discretion before such one sided views to be published on their esteemed website.
The article makes some sense but I disagree with it up to some extent. If we look at the election results in 3 states Congress was given clear mandate in Haryana where it rightfully formed the government. However, it managed to get hardly 20 out of 320 seats in Bihar and Jharkhand, which is even fewer than what independents won in those two states. So, if Congress was a clean party or had a honest motive, it would have accepted it's defeat and paved the way for the government formation by the single largest pre-poll alliance. By poking it's nose first in Goa then in Jharkhand, and also using all possible means to install Lalu back in Bihar (remember the letter of support that was rushed to Lalu within an hour of swearing-in ceremony of Shibu Soren?), Congress has pretty much tarnished it's image. To be honest, Congress has been instrumental in keeping Bihar the most underdeveloped, corrupt, and violent state in the nation simply because it always provided support to Lalu whenever he lacked some. Be it the stalling of president rule by the NDA government or supporting it with it's MLAs in 200, Congress is the second biggest culprit for the poor condition of Bihar.
