its ironic that while nirupama has found some fault finding with the working and ideals of shiv sena, and some so called scams in vajpayee's government, he seems not to find ( or rather does not want to find) any scams or issues of the UPA run government. why, nirupama (what a name?)why? i feel there's something fishy here!!!!!!!!!!
It is not surprising, especially given the feelings towards the migrating north indians, it does not require any great intelligence to figure out what might have transpired within. Atleast he stood his ground as far as his community is concerned and chose to step down when the going became difficult, I think the north indian community would surely thank him for this solidarity he has shown, of-course assuming at face value that is indeed the cause of his resignation.
I think Mr.Sanjay Nirupam is giving a stupid reason for his resignation , because Shiv-Sena already was having this stand as Mumbai for Maharashtrains , which included people from other states already settled in Mumbai for 40-50 years.Mumbai is suffocating because of influx of migrants ,not just the people from north but from everywhere.States like UP and Bihar even after so many years are not able to provide jobs to their people then why Mumbai have to suffer for the incompetence of the governments in these states.Nirupam is also one of the North Indians who came to Mumbai to milk it without having any concern for Mumbai.If an opportunistic is leaving then I guess Sena is well off without him
