even a week after the sleazy video of a couple of bihari netas was telecast by a news channel , there is no visible buzz on any other news channel or in the print media.this silence is baffling!are the other media men not convinced about the authenticity of the videos?in that case they have a case to bring the truth out and put the erring channel in the dock. if someone else has prevented them from taking this matter up than this 'someone'should be a really powerful person to muzzle such a large section of the media. last but not the least, if proffessional rivalry among news channels is responsible for simply ignoring a news which happened to be exclusive to one channel, then probably we have a media as bad as our netas who keep their own vested interests above that of the nation's ? in other words, we are getting the media we deserve.my conviction about the media being stage managed gets strong.the righteous smirk on the face of the Tv world is nothing but a mask for someone else's vested interests.lets mourn the demise of another pillar of democracy !!
