my fatwa to the so called mullahs
by abdul hasim on Aug 27, 2005 03:19 AM  Permalink

7 years back one of my highly educated muslim youth friend said pointing a cap are u seeing five saitan under the cap.I could not understand his meaning.if i didnot hear the verdict of so called mullas of Darul uloom .i even could not get the meaning of his saitan and cap, provided i did not hear their fatwa .such a type of relationship is strictly prohibited in sura Nisar 24 ayat in Quran.it is well understood that our religin which we modgredge in the hand of so called mullas is not in save . they misused our Holly Quran in their verdict. My friend seen only five saitan but i seen the whole family of Iblis(ofcourse he has no family) under the cap of the so called mullas.salman rasdi misexplained the Quran in satanic verses and fatwa against him was to kill issued by Khumani.but our Mullas misued our Quran. If I am said to propose a fatwa against mullas it would be like this- they must hang and befor death, pushing Decadoron injection they should be placed in a bull cart and a arrangment has to made to pull them from one corner of the world to the other corner

Honesty with oneself is the best policy always.
by Juliet on Jul 22, 2005 12:59 PM  Permalink

I would like to ask All-India Muslim Personal Law Board president Syed Mohammed Rabey Al Hasani Nadvi, wether he would give the same ruling if it was his own daughter?
Do not give any ruling because it is somebody else's duaghter or wife. It is hyprocritical. Be a little honest with oneself and one would get the picture clear and would give a fair decision.

The organization which pronounced 'fatwa'should be derecognized and persons concerned be tried as per the IPC for their outragious and ugliest manifestation of masculine supremacy devoid of human culture.

Imrana should live with her husband and 5 children
by Salil on Jul 01, 2005 02:01 AM  Permalink

Dear friends,

There is no doubt about Imrana regarding the person she should share her future; it will be her husband and not with the criminal father-in-law.

We cannot even think about a man acting like this. A criminal or mad or alcoholic or with all of these charecteristics can conduct such a crime.

In any of these cases, we cannot blame Imrana. She is innocent and should be protected either by IPC or by Shariah.

All the laws are created to protect the people, to protect their rights, to strengthen relationship. And not to destroy the relationship and not to harass them.

Best regards/ Salil

CONGRATULATIONS AIMWPLB
by amit on Jun 30, 2005 07:17 PM  Permalink

CONGRATULATIONS AIMWPLB for taking a bold step by rejecting the fatwa issued by Darul-uloom Deoband in the Imrana case. I really appreciate their stand for the cause of womenhood, specially the muslim women.

Muslim personal board
by Vijaya Kumar on Jun 30, 2005 06:50 PM  Permalink

All these muslim personal baords proclaiming their own punishements and judgements should be banned and the members be put in solitary confinement and keys thrown away. Arrest the father-in-law and prosecute him for rape. That is the law.

Irfana's (read womanhood's) rape
by Zaigham Ali on Jun 30, 2005 05:24 PM  Permalink

I want to ask the so called Mullahs on what
grounds the issued the convoluted edict. If they
are basing it on the Islamic Law or Sharia'a,
wouldn't the rapist father-in-law be awarded a
death sentence? More precisely, according to
Islamic jurisprudence, a rapist is either beheaded
or stoned to death. Or do these sick individuals
follow their own version of Islam?
I would also like to bring to the attention of the
society at large the fact that no normal, educated
or illiterate Muslim, would accept a fatwa of this
kind. We all find it abhorent and bizarre.
